Welcome

 Can you understand the Dutch language reasonably well but find it difficult to speak Dutch properly?                                Then this course is something for you! 

 This course is intended for anyone with an A2 or B1 level, so for people who can understand simple sentences without  too many difficult words, as long as Dutch is spoken clearly and slowly.                                                                                      The course helps build greater confidence in speaking Dutch through a very targeted approach. 

 If you speak Dutch better, it becomes easier to connect with Dutch people, and it also increases your chances of finding  (better) work.                                                                                                                                                                                       And just like everywhere else in the world, local people are always pleasantly surprised when they are        addressed in their own language. For example, if you go to a Chinese restaurant and say "xiè xiè nǐ" (thank you)  when the food is served, the waitress will think that’s really nice. 

 What exactly does the course involve? 

• Attention is given to the grammar you need in order to form a proper Dutch sentence.                                                   This is practiced in various ways, which makes it easier over time.                                                                                 Your language use will become more fluent and sound more natural, without having to constantly think about it. The knowledge you will have after 13 weeks will also make learning other grammar easier.
• Spelling and verb conjugation are covered, ensuring that within 13 weeks you will learn to spell words correctly and conjugate verbs without mistakes, even in writing. 
• The lessons are given in an enjoyable way; you learn a lot in a short time, but the lessons are also fun and not boring! The only thing you need to bring yourself is motivation and enthusiasm. 

 There is one lesson per week, each lesson lasts 3 hours, and one full course lasts 13 weeks. 

 The available lesson times are:

monday, tuesday, or thursday 

09.00 – 12.00 / 13.00 – 16.00

wednesday

09.00 – 12.00

 A group consists of a maximum of 8 participants.                                                                                                                          With 8 participants, there is enough time for everyone, and the group-dynamic helps to learn better.                  Participants in the group come from different countries and therefore speak different languages.                          Because of this mix of nationalities, you will also notice that it’s really great to be able to speak Dutch with each  other during the break or outside of the lessons.

 The price for one full 13-week course is 195.00 Euros (€5.00 per hour).                                                                              You can also take the course privately, or you can form a smaller group yourself with people you know.                      Inquire about the price for this via the contact form (use Dutch or English!).
